Hello!
My name is Montserrat Francés Murias
a.k.a Momo Lima. I'm a Spanish freelance artist and designer based in New York.
I'm inspired by Meditation, Nature and Travels.
My artwork gravitates between abstraction and figurative representation. I like to perform and play with movement, lines, words, colors and washes, under the motto: "No control it, just guide it".
My current artworks features themes of the persistence of memory reflecting on the nature of time, the wear of materials, the fluidity of our experiences, and the interconnection of existence, as well as the mystery and beauty of nature, the color, the rich textures and the art process by itself.

Bachelor of Design by ELISAVA - Barcelona School of Design and Engineering (1997-2001), Montserrat has a multidisciplinary background and aims to create to personal and social improvement from a bio-psycho-social perspective. She designs and creates to enrich the relationships between generations through Art.
